Recommend planning a panel upgrade or sub-panel installation if
additional circuits are needed in the future (e.g. EV charger).
2. Circuit #14 (Garage Outlets) breaker shows minor age-related
discoloration. No immediate action required, but recommend
monitoring and replacing at next inspection if discoloration
increases.
3. All AFCI and GFCI devices tested and functioning correctly.
4. Panel directory card updated and laminated during inspection.
